Van gogh...ish..sort of.

trying to do portraits capturing emotion in Van Gogh's style and partially succeeding. This is sort of- contentedpensiveoptimism.

I'm quite proud of this cos I drew it without a grid but i thought I'd put it up before I ruined it by painting the skin.

Life Drawing...

I went life drawing the other day for the first time & to be frank- I was horrific.
I made a man in his mid twenties look like a kidney bean.
Hopefully putting these up I might see some kind of improvement... eventually ¬_¬
