More Textiles joy

In order to pretend the other textiles stuff I did was a development I thought I'd try emmulate Anselm Kiefer work but with fabric as opposed to straw and ash.
The result was shoddy.





but in my defence- cut back applique without a sewing machine (or the will power and patience to sew properly) is tricky.
